Kapashi Commercial allots 240,000 equity shares

Kapashi Commercial Ltd has announced that the Company has been allotted 240,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, by:

1. Nashima Developers Pvt. Ltd.
2. Runisha Commercial Pvt. Ltd.

By virtue of allotment, both the Companies have become subsidiaries of the Company and Shareholding of the Company in both Companies is now 96%.
