Manappuram Finance Limited board approves fund raising program for FY 2025-26

The board of directors ("Board") of Manappuram Finance Limited ("Company"), at its meeting held on March 29, 2025, has considered and approved the fund-raising program of the Company for FY 2025-26 , which includes issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures up to an overall limit of Rs. 5500 Crores by way of private placement or/and public issue in one or more tranches as may be decided by the Board of Directors or its committee thereof from time to time.

Shares of Manappuram Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 232.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 232.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 206558 in over 2090 trades.
