Wanbury allots equity shares upon conversion of FCCB

Wanbury Ltd has announced that 2,06,674 Equity Shares of the Company have been allotted to "Rhodes Diversified, Mauritius" upon conversion of 50 Nos. "Foreign Currency Convertible Bond A" of Euro 10,000/- each, as per the terms and conditions of the Offering Circular dated April 25, 2007.
