HDFC allots 330755 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on May 12, 2016 allotted 3,30,755 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,03,54,190 consisting of 158,01,77,095 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
