Inditrade Capital Ltd has been allotted 3685000 equity shares at the rate of Rs. 10/- (constituting 67% of the paid up capital) in Tree Microfinance Ltd, pursuant to which Tree Microfinance Ltd has become a subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Inditrade Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 28.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4635 in over 15 trades.
