AXIS Bank Ltd allots 141180 equity shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,41,180 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on May 09, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,77,06,44,826 (238,53,22,413 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,09,27,186 (238,54,63,593 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
