Oriental Bank of Commerce allots 24772914 Shares to Government of India

Oriental Bank of Commerce has allotted 2,47,72,914 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at an Issue price (including premium) of Rs. 121.10 (Rupees One Hundred and twenty one and paise ten only) per equity share, as determined in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations aggregating upto Rs. 300.00 (Rupees Three hundred crore only) to Government of India (President of India) on preferential basis on May 06, 2016.
