Bank of India allots Equity Shares on Preferential Basis to Government of India and LIC

Bank of India has allotted shares through preferential issue.

10,14,82,527 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each were allotted to Government of India at a price of Rs. 113.32 per Share and 1,60,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Life Insurance Corporation of India at a price of Rs. 96.03 per Share.

Shares of BANK OF INDIA was last trading in BSE at Rs.86.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 85.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 861065 in over 5004 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 87.15 and intraday low of 85.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 74545321.
