The QIP Committee of the Board of Siti Cable Network Ltd at its meeting held on March 09, 2015 has upon receipt of consideration of Rs. 221,11,08,900/-, approved the allotment of 6,31,74,540 fully paid up equity shares of Re. 1 each at a price of Rs. 35 per share (including premium of Rs. 34 per equity share).
