Rain Industries allots equity shares to Rain Commodities

Rain Commodities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of Rain Industries Ltd (Subsidiary Company) at their meeting held on September 14, 2006, has allotted 3,00,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the Company.
