JMT Auto allots 5:2 bonus shares

The Board of Directors of JMT Auto Ltd at its meeting held on August 01, 2014, have allotted Bonus Shares to the existing shareholders of the Company in the proportion of 5:2 (i.e. five fully paid Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rs. Ten) each for every two existing fully paid Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rs. Ten) each held on record date i.e. July 31, 2014.
