Panacea Biotec to raise Rs. 250 crores

The Board of Directors of Panacea Biotec Ltd at its meeting held on August 01, 2014, has considered and approved the proposal to raise funds by way of issue of equity shares and/or other securities, etc. aggregating upto Rs. 250 Crore or equivalent thereof in any currency, subject to approval of the Shareholders.
