Shyam Star to consider issue of shares on conversion of warrants

Shyam Star Gems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 11, 2007, to allot 1700000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 10/- per share upon conversion of warrants to non-promoter individuals on Preferential basis.
