Donear Industries Board to consider fund raising proposal

Donear Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 04, 2007, inter alia, to consider the raising of funds through Global Depository Receipts (GDR), American Depository Receipts (ADR) convertible bonds in India & Abroad or through any other instruments (Securities) as may be permitted by Law.

The stock was trading at Rs.202, down by Rs. 1.10 or 0.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.204 and low of Rs.199.60. The total traded quantity was 1434 compared to 2 week average of 8531.
