Shiva Fertilizers Board to approve allotment of shares to Parvati Fertilizer Pvt Ltd

Shiva Fertilizers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, to approve the allotment of Equity Shares of the Company to the Shareholders of Parvati Fertilizer Pvt Ltd as per the Scheme of amalgamation as approved by the High Court in its order dated April 21, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.11.90, up by Rs.0.15 or 1.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.30 and low of Rs.11.18. The total traded quantity was 1118 compared to 2 week average of 346.
