IDFC allots 544310 Equity Shares under ESOS

The Committee of Directors of Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd met on January 16, 2012 for allotment of shares and allotted 5,44,310 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The IDFC stock closed the day at Rs.111.25, up by Rs.2.80 or 2.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.112 and low of Rs.106.70.

The total traded quantity was 8.23 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 13.31 lakhs.
