India Infoline allots 3700 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOPs

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of India Infoline Ltd has by a circular resolution on December 16, 2011 allotted 3,700 equity shares to the eligible employee(s) upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes of the Company.

Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 28,88,86,853 equity shares to 28,88,90,553 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The India Infoline stock closed the day at Rs.51.45, down by Rs.2.40 or 4.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.54.25 and low of Rs.51.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.25 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.33 lakhs.
