Entegra Ltd allots 134914615 Equity Shares

The Allotment Committee of Entegra Ltd has approved the allotment of 10,31,70,000 (Ten Crores Thirty One Lacs Seventy Thousand) only, Equity shares on conversion of 10,31,70,000 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS), allotted pursuant to the Scheme of Merger between SKG Power Ventures Private Limited with Entegra Limited vide High Court Order dated September 25, 2009.

The company also approved allotment of 3,17,44,615 Equity shares as Bonus Shares as entitlement on Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) which were held back for allotment on conversion of 10,31,70,000 CCPS into Equity Shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.13.35, up by Rs.0.04 or 0.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.35 and low of Rs.12.75.
