BSEL Infrastructure secures news projects at Gujarat

BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has announced that the Company has bagged following new projects at Gujarat:

STAR CATEGORY HOTEL AT REWA BHAVAN:

1. The project is allotted to the Company by Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd (SSNNL).

2. The project is located in the vicinity of Sardar Sarovar Dam and around 80 KM from Baroda.

3. The project involves Star Category Hotel Development in the vicinity of Sardar Sarovar Dam.

4. Total Land Area allotted for the project is 6732 Sq. Mtrs.

TOURIST FACILITIES AT Y-JUNCTION:

1. Y- Junction is scenic development in the junction of Narmada Canal, Situated at the site of the first branch on the canal.

2. The project is located at 29 Kms from Ahmedabad- Capital City of Gujarat in the area known as Karan Nagar.

3. The Company has planned to develop World Class Tourist Destination at Y-Junction.

4. Total Land allotted by Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd (SSNNL) to the Company is around 10 Acres.

Through above projects the Company has added roughly 5,00,000 Sq. Ft developable area to its project line.
