Corporation Bank Board declares 40% interim dividend

Corporation Bank has announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on March 24, 2007, has declared an Interim Dividend of 40% for the financial year 2006-07.

April 10, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the Purpose of payment of interim dividend.
