Vishal Exports Overseas to demerge "Wind Farm Project"

Vishal Exports Overseas Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2007, has considered and approved the proposal for demerger / sale / transfer of the "Wind Farm Project" of the Company situated in the state of Rajasthan and Tamilnadu, on a going concern basis.

The proposed demerger / sale / transfer is subject to the approval of the members through Postal Ballot and any other competent authority as may be required for affecting the aforesaid demerger / sale / transfer.
