Ind Swift Laboratories to consider allotment of shares

Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve part allotment of shares upon conversion of Zero Coupon Convertible warrants into equity shares of the holders of the warrants.
