7Seas Technologies to allot 550000 warrants to promoters

The Board of Directors of 7Seas Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on October 28, 2011, has considered allotment of 5,50,000 convertible warrants to the promoters on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.45, up by Rs.0.90 or 2.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.45 and low of Rs.44.
