Sharon Bio Medicine to consider issue of shares and warrants on preferential basis

Sharon Bio Medicine Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider for issue of 1,50,000 Equity shares and 3,75,000 warrants on preferential basis in terms of Special Resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 15, 2007.
