Media Video allots 26,50,000 shares on conversion of warrants to promoters

Media Video Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2007, has allotted 26,50,000 equity shares of the Company of Rs 10/- each on conversion of 26,50,000 share warrants to Promoters / Promoter Group.
