Shreyas Intermediates Board to issue CRPS to promoter group

Shreyas Intermediates Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 21, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter ended March 31, 2007.

2. Issue of 1,20,00,000 10% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 10/- to the Promoter Group. The shareholders have already passed the Special Resolution in the 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on March 17, 2006.

The stock was trading at Rs.49.50, up by Rs.0.40 or 0.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.49.90 and low of Rs.49.50. The total traded quantity was 2064 compared to 2 week average of 22303.
