International Hometex allots shares and warrants on preferential basis

International Hometex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 13, 2007, has allotted Equity Shares and Equity Share Warrants to promoters and others on preferential basis, as under:

1. KBS Trading Pvt Ltd: 10,00,000 shares
2. Nebula Software Pvt Ltd: 3,75,000 shares
3. Kamal Nayan Saraogi: 2,50,000 shares
4. Shilpa J Chhajed: 50,000 shares
5. Seema R Chhajed: 40 000 shares
6. Vimal B Chhajed: 30,000 shares
7. Babulal C Chhajed: 10,000 shares
8. Trimbak Power Company Ltd (promoter group): 10,00,000 shares
9. Trimbak Power Company Ltd (promoter group): 20,00,000 equity share warrants

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.55, down by Re.0.07 or 0.55%. 68743 shares changed hands in BSE compared to 2 week average of 23643. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.20 and low of Rs.12.40.
