Tech Mahindra allots shares under ESOP

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced that the resolution passed by the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on April 16, 2007 for issue and allotment of a total of 19,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company to various applicants who had exercised their vested options and submitted their applications prior to March 31, 2007, as under:

- 10,670 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2000 (ESOP 2000).

- 8,330 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).

The stock was trading at Rs.1482, down by Rs.41.65 or 2.73%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1534 and low of Rs.1480. The total traded quantity was 55029 compared to 2 week average of 221406.
