Shyam Star to allot 17,00,000 warrants

Shyam Star Gems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 20, 2007, to allot 17,00,000 Warrants convertible into One Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 10/- per share to individuals on Preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.38.60, up by Rs.1.80 or 4.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.38.60 and low of Rs.38.60. The total traded quantity was 2611 shares compared to 2 week average of 5773.
