HDFC allots 1140915 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on September 06, 2011 allotted 11,40,915 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees and directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 294,41,11,220 consisting of 147,20,55,610 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.653.50, up by Rs.4.60 or 0.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.654.80 and low of Rs.642.

The total traded quantity was 0.88 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.41 lakhs.
