Kamla Dials allots 10,40,000 shares and 4,60,000 warrants

Kamla Dials & Devices Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2007, has allotted 10,40,000 equity shares and 4,60,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants at a price of Rs 57/- under Section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Chapter XIII of SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000.
