The Board of Directors of Valuemart Info Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on July 25, 2011, has considered and approved the conversion of 31,00,000 (Thirty One Lakhs Only) Equity Warrants, each warrant converted to one equity share of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 6.00 per share (Comprising nominal value of Rs. 2/- per share and premium of Rs. 4.00 per share) of the promoters M/s. Ripple Investments Ltd.
