Indusind Bank allots 200000 Shares under ESOS

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 2,00,000 (Two Lacs Only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on August 03, 2011 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.

The stock was trading at Rs.269.40, down by Rs.1.80 or 0.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.270.50 and low of Rs.263.10.

The total traded quantity was 0.16 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.20 lakhs.
