Easun Reyrolle allots 3,30,000 warrants

Easun Reyrolle Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2007 have allotted 3,30,000 Convertible Equity Warrants each of the face value of Rs 10 at Rs 660 per warrant to Indian Promoters and their associates as given below.

1. M/s. Easun Products of India Pvt Ltd - 2,38,600 No of warrants allotted

2. Mr. Vinodh Subramaniam jointly with Ms. Sowmya Hari Eswaran - 15,000 No of warrants allotted

3. Ms. Visalam Hari Eswaran - 3,000 No of warrants allotted

4. Mr. Hari Eswaran - 1,900 No of warrants allotted

5. Mr. Ganesh Sankaran - 1,000 No of warrants allotted

6. Mr. V Sankaran - 1,000 No of warrants allotted

7. Ms. Sita Sankaran - 500 No of warrants allotted

8. M/s. Nehas Infotech Pvt Ltd - 66,000 No of warrants allotted
