Blackstone invests in Holding Company of Jagran Prakashan

Jagran Prakashan Ltd has announced that, in Jagran Media Network Investment Pvt. Ltd (JMNIPL), Blackstone GPV Capital Partners (Mauritius) V-Q Ltd, one of the largest private equity investors, has invested Rs. 225 crores in them in accordance with various government approvals required for the said investment. JMNIPL is Company's holding Company holding 59.46% equity shares in the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.110.90, up by Rs.0.55 or 0.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.113.55 and low of Rs.109.75.

The total traded quantity was 0.18 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.42 lakhs.
