Redington India allots 397500 Shares

The ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of Redington (India) Ltd has considered and approved on July 11, 2011, the allotment of 3,97,500 (Three Lakh Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 24/- per share, pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) Ltd - Employee Stock Option plan, 2008'.

The stock closed the day at Rs.87.50, down by Rs.1.20 or 1.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.89.60 and low of Rs.87.
