Software Technology Group International allots 1237140 shares

The Board of Directors of Software Technology Group International Ltd at its meeting held on July 01, 2011 has allotted 12,37,140 equity shares to AKM Systems Private Limited, a non-promoter entity on preferential basis pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on February 28, 2011.

This preferential issue shall increase the Issued Capital of the Company from Rs. 13,60,00,000/- to Rs. 14,83,71,400/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.5.54, up by Rs.0.50 or 9.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.74 and low of Rs.5.
