HDFC Bank allots 385290 equity shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted 385290 equity shares on June 30, 2011 to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.2504, up by Rs.17.10 or 0.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2510 and low of Rs.2475.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.37 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.41 lakhs.
