Idea Cellular allots 275826 Equity Shares

The ESOS Compensation Committee of Idea Cellular Ltd has vide its circular resolution dated June 23, 2011, allotted 275,826 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).

Post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,30,37,56,656 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 33,03,75,66,560/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.75.25, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.76.50 and low of Rs.75.25.

The total traded quantity was 1.20 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 10.41 lakhs.
