Ashoka Buildcon allots 1285 Shares under ESOP

The Compensation Committee of Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has allotted 1,285 Equity Shares to eligible employees as per ESOP Scheme 2007 on June 23, 2011.

The Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 52,643,526 equity shares of Rs. 10/- fully paid.
