Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 7900 Shares

The Board of Directors of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd, at its Operations Committee Meeting held on June 17, 2011 allotted 7,900 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.307.50, down by Rs.2.45 or 0.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.313.80 and low of Rs.300.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.61 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.48 lakhs.
