Hindalco Industries allots 4128 Equity Shares under ESOP-2006

The Committee of Directors of Hindalco Industries Ltd vide their resolution dated June 14, 2011 has allotted 4128 equity shares of par value of Re. 1/- to the optionee as detailed in the resolution, pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employee under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006.

The stock was trading at Rs.176.75, down by Rs.3.60 or 2%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.181.95 and low of Rs.176.50.

The total traded quantity was 11.13 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 8.17 lakhs.
