Oricon Enterprises allots 2180000 shares to Clearwater Capital Partners

The Board of Directors of Oricon Enterprises Ltd at its meeting held on June 13, 2011, has allotted 21,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 152.20 per share to M/s. Clearwater Capital Partners Singapore Fund III Pvt. Ltd., on account of conversion of 21,80,000 Fully Convertible Debentures of Rs. 162.20 per Debenture.

The stock closed the day at Rs.309.65, up by Rs.1.20 or 0.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.312.90 and low of Rs.306.85.

The total traded quantity was 0.23 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.33 lakhs.
