Wipro allots 134943 equity shares

The Administrative Committee of Wipro Ltd's Board of Directors vide Circular resolution dated May 26, 2011 resolved to issue and allot 134943 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each exercise of the stock option by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005.
