Shrenuj & Company allots 6500 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOP Options

The Board of Shrenuj & Company Ltd at its Meeting held on May 28, 2011, has allotted 6500 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 21/- per share upon exercise of ESOP Options under ESOS - 2006.

Consequently, issued, subscribed and paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 15,20,29,990/- comprising of 76014995 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.55, down by Rs.2 or 3.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.57 and low of Rs.54.15.

The total traded quantity was 0.47 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.72 lakhs.
