Spanco Telesystems to issue and allot equity shares and warrats at Rs.210

Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2007, inter alia, to issue and allotment of 6,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each and 13,50,000 warrants (carrying an option/ entitlement to subscribe to equivalent number of equity shares) for cash, both at a price of Rs 210/- per share (including Share Premium of Rs 200 per equity share) to Mr. Kapil Puri, Promoter of the Company on preferential basis.
