Tyche Peripheral to consider allotment of shares on conversion of warrants

Tyche Peripheral Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 23, 2007, to consider allotment of Equity Shares on conversion of Equity Warrants allotted on preferential basis on June 20, 2006.
