Speciality Papers Board to consider issue of securities

Speciality Papers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider and decide the issue of further fresh Equity Shares by way of Follow on public offer / Rights Basis / Private Placement through FII / Overseas Corporate Bodies or to such other persons or entities as may be considered to be in the best interest of the Company, to augment the finance required for the expansion projects under consideration / developments of the Company.
