Glodyne Technoserve allots 18070 Shares under ESOS

The ESOS Committee of Board of Directors of Glodyne Technoserve Ltd at their meeting have approved allotment of 18,070 (Eighteen Thousand & Seventy Only) equity shares of the face value of Rs. 6/- each to the employees / option grantees under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS 06) of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.365, down by Rs.0.50 or 0.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.370.50 and low of Rs.363.30.

The total traded quantity was 0.50 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.65 lakhs.
