L&T allots 412194 Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has allotted 4,12,194 (Four Lakh Twelve Thousand One Hundred Ninety Four) shares to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1505.75, up by Rs.2.10 or 0.14%. The total traded quantity was 2.16 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.42 lakhs.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1525 and low of Rs.1502.10.
